All your articles are listed together in the back end, but there are search and filtering options to quickly find what you are looking for.
Use the main menu to navigate to Content > Articles:
To edit an article, click on its title, or select the checkbox then click the "Edit" button at the top of the page.
Sorting and Filtering
Above the right column you can choose to sort the table by title, date, status, and more, as well as select how many articles you wish to display per page:
Select "Search Tools" to the right of the search box to display filtering options. Click in the "Select Category" box to filter by one or more categories:
Quick Status Changes
The Back End table listing allows you to quickly change the published and featured status of any article. To toggle between published and unpublished states, click the first button in the status column. The icon toggles between a green checkmark to indicate "published" and a red "x" to indicate "unpublished." To toggle between featured and unfeatured status, click the star icon in the status column. A star icon filled with yellow indicates a featured article.
Batch Changes
You can quickly make changes to multiple articles at a time. First, select each article using the checkboxes in the left column. You can then select to publish, unpublish, feature, unfeature, or archive the articles using the buttons at the top of the page. Select "Batch" if you would like to move or copy the articles to a different category.
